Fullcare are seeking to recruit a HR Assistant to work in our Human Resources department. Successful candidates will be responsible for among other tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection:
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates R-II Training/Induction:
- Training and Development
- Preparing training Materials and training
- Ensuring implementation of the company/departments annual training
- Ensure all staff are trained on all company rules and
- Compile and analyze all departmental staff training R- III Employee relations:
- Employee relations: Handle all employee relation issues in the
- Contract Management: In charge of contract management e. drafting, issue and renew staff employment contracts.
- Personnel management- In charge of personnel file management e. filing and ensuring proper record keeping
Compensation and benefits:
- Assist with payroll, employee leave days (sick leave, maternity, paternity).
- Prepare and issue pay slips to staff every month
- Compiling weekly and monthly attendance for payroll R-V Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 2 years proven experience in a similar
- Knowledge/proficiency of HR management systems and
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem solving
