Tha Nickolee Hotel is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic HR team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations while learning best practices in hospitality human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Help organize and file HR documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of staff welfare activities and training programs
  • Respond to basic HR queries and provide administrative support as needed
  • Ensure HR processes align with Kenyan labour laws and internal hotel policies
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks to support the HR department’s daily functions

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current students or recent graduates in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A reliable team player with a professional and approachable demeanor
