Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a HR intern to work with us for a period of 3 months. During the internship, you will be collaborating with different stakeholders to run the HR operations smoothly. You will support the HR department in screening and recruiting new employees. You will get hands experience in the HR domain and will know how to work in a team.

THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• As a HR intern, you will work closely with the HR team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assist in posting job openings, review resumes and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Assist in new employee paperwork and orientation
• Assist in maintaining employee records
• Maintain and update employee database and records
• Assist in handling employee request and inquiries
• Maintain and keep up to date all HR related files
• Leave processing and records updating leave records.
• Time & Attendance follow up and filing of daily attendance records.
• Support staff performance management
• Coordinate staff exit processes including conducting exit interviews.
• Office management
• Support any other HR related activity as required from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• Currant onrolment in related bachelor's degree or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in human Resource and desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excollant communication and interpersonal skils
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details and a commitment to confidentiality.
