Human Resource Manager
Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our human resources function. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of HR experience, professional expertise in modern HR management, and a proven ability to independently manage human resource operations. The role requires a strong understanding of employee relations, corporate culture development, and strategic HR planning. Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Design and manage systems for recruitment, salary structure, benefits, performance management, incentives, and training.
Employee Relations and Corporate Culture:
- Manage and optimize employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve labor-management issues while reducing labor risks.
- Promote company unity by training and instilling corporate culture values.
Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Develop training programs and opportunities for employee growth and development.
Performance and Compensation Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and fairness.
HR Systems and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain modern HR tools and systems to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the company’s HR information and employee records accurately and efficiently.
Policy Development:
- Optimize and maintain employee management systems and policies.
- Establish and manage mechanisms to coordinate relationships between the company and employees.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- More than 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record in managing HR operations.
- Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred but not required.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of modern human resource development and management tools.
- Proficiency in system design methods, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and training.
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable guidance to business units on employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex employee relationships.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and risk management practices.
