We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Officer with a specialization in recruitment to join their team and support their efforts in attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and align recruitment activities with organizational goals.
Candidate Management:
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Conduct reference checks and verify pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
Employer Branding:
- Represent the client organization at career fairs, networking events, and digital platforms to enhance employer branding.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at establishing the client as an employer of choice.
Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work with other HR teams on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide assistance in additional HR functions, including training and development, as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is an added advantage.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles across industries.
- Familiarity with employer branding and digital recruitment strategies.
