Bestlinks is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable organization dedicated to fostering a dynamic and innovative workplace. We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Officer with a specialization in recruitment to join their team and support their efforts in attracting and retaining top-tier talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Selection:

    • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and align recruitment activities with organizational goals.
  2. Candidate Management:

    • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
    • Conduct reference checks and verify pre-employment documentation.
    • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
  3. Employer Branding:

    • Represent the client organization at career fairs, networking events, and digital platforms to enhance employer branding.
    • Contribute to initiatives aimed at establishing the client as an employer of choice.
  4. Policy and Compliance:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to applicable labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on recruitment metrics.
  5. Collaboration and Support:

    • Work with other HR teams on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Provide assistance in additional HR functions, including training and development, as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is an added advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across industries.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and digital recruitment strategies.
