Fortress Lenders Limited is a fast-growing financial services provider committed to delivering innovative lending solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team and support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, attendance tracking, and staff welfare.
- Coordinate staff training, development initiatives, and performance evaluations.
- Handle internal communications and address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leave).
- Assist in organizing staff events and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, especially in recruitment and multitasking roles.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (added advantage).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
