Accounts Assistant Management Trainee

Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill in an entry level vacant position as a Management Trainee/Accounts Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Premium receipting and reconciliation.
  • Prompt bank and reviewing of bank reports
  • Payment dispatch
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payout handling of expenses
  • Alignment of support documentation and filing
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Payment voucher handling and in accordance with the company policy and regulations
  • Observing alertness in handling of all receipts and the receipting process
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • A degree from a recognised university (Also welcomed is diverse fields including law, Education and applied sciences)
  • Complete CPA/ACCA or undertaking the final section
  • Experience is not mandatory, although exposure to an office environment is encouraged
