Position Overview:

We are seeking charismatic and skilled Bartenders to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about crafting memorable drink experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to hotel standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are stocked and ready.
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service protocols.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and current promotions.
• Assist in inventory control and bar stock management.
• Work closely with the F&B team to support smooth service delivery during events and busy periods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality or relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and wine/spirits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
