Beauty Advisor (4 Months Reliever)

We are looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to drive store sales while delivering exceptional customer service and luxury beauty experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for client engagement, product education, sales performance, merchandising and supporting effective store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally and provide personalized beauty consultations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products.
• Demonstrate products and provide accurate product information and guidance.
• Drive sales and consistently work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Ensure products are attractively displayed and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized and well presented.
• Monitor product availability and support stock management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends and brand information.
• Handle customer questions, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Support day-to-day store operations as required.
• Represent the company's beauty brands professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in beauty, retail, sales or customer service.
• KCSE Grade C and above.
• Relevant professional training in beauty or cosmetics is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service and selling skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Confident, polished and professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High level of integrity, humility and professionalism.
