Credit Verifiers – Kakuma

Our client, a leading player in the fintech industry, is seeking Credit Verifiers to join their team in Kakuma. This role involves evaluating the creditworthiness of loan applicants, verifying financial data, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in credit verification or loan processing, coupled with exceptional analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed credit assessments for loan applicants.
• Verify applicant information including income, employment, and existing financial obligations.
• Analyze credit reports and other financial documents to determine credit risk.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the lending process.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit verification activities.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely approval or rejection of applications.
• Use financial management tools and Microsoft Office to compile and present findings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit verification, loan processing, or a related financial field.
• Strong understanding of credit evaluation principles and lending regulations.
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
• Must be a resident of Kakuma or willing to relocate.
