Data Clerk (Procurement)

AAA-Growers Limited is among the leading Kenyan exporters of different types of Vegetables, Flowers, and Avocados. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented data clerk to join our Team in Procurement Department. The position holder will be based at the Head Office in Nairobi.

Job objective

As a data clerk you will play a crucial role in accurately managing data and ensuring smooth documentation and reporting processes as well as commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.

• Accurately input, update, and maintain records in internal databases and information management systems.

Your profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a related
• At least 2-years’ experience in data entry, administrative support, or records
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database
