Position Overview:

We are seeking a Deputy Executive Housekeeper to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality standards. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetic appeal throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in the day-to-day management of housekeeping operations.
• Supervise housekeeping team members and coordinate room cleaning schedules to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent and efficient service.
• Manage linen inventory and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
• Assist in preparing departmental reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury or 4–5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
