EcoSafi is seeking dynamic Field Sales Representatives to drive adoption of our innovative clean cooking stoves and fuel products. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group demonstrations to recruit new customers and showcase product benefits
- Analyze customers' current energy spending and demonstrate cost savings
- Provide in-home training on proper stove use and cooking techniques
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with friendly, professional support
- Record all sales and customer interactions in the company database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (Diploma accepted with experience)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in subscription-based or renewable energy sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for group engagements
- Strong interpersonal skills to build customer rapport
- Ability to use mobile apps/CRM tools for data entry
- Self-motivated with passion for sustainable solutions
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
- Motorcycle license or reliable transport is an advantage
