Job Summary

BIDCORO is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Executive with 4–5 years of experience in financial accounting, tax management, and inventory control within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting, including product costing, and experience working in global or multinational companies. Familiarity with SAP systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with statutory and company requirements.

• Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate costing, stock reconciliation, and reporting.

• Conduct product costing analysis and support pricing strategies in collaboration with the operations and sales teams.

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.

• Ensure effective financial controls are in place and support internal and external audits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights for decision-making.

• Work with SAP and other ERP systems to manage financial transactions and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, taxation, and inventory management within the FMCG industry.

• Proven experience in management accounting and product costing.

• Prior experience working with global or multinational companies is highly desirable.

• Working knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
