Job Summary
BIDCORO is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Executive with 4–5 years of experience in financial accounting, tax management, and inventory control within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting, including product costing, and experience working in global or multinational companies. Familiarity with SAP systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate costing, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
Conduct product costing analysis and support pricing strategies in collaboration with the operations and sales teams.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
Ensure effective financial controls are in place and support internal and external audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights for decision-making.
Work with SAP and other ERP systems to manage financial transactions and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
4–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, taxation, and inventory management within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in management accounting and product costing.
Prior experience working with global or multinational companies is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
