Mira Heights Hotel is looking for a professional and experienced Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping and laundry department. This is a key leadership role that ensures our guests enjoy spotless rooms, fresh linens, and a high standard of hygiene across the hotel. Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, your main duties will include:
- Supervising housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure high standards are met
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms and public areas
- Training, scheduling, and managing housekeeping staff for optimal performance
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control and consistency
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering housekeeping supplies when needed
- Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A Degree or Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar or senior housekeeping management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
