Housekeeper

Mira Heights Hotel is looking for a professional and experienced Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping and laundry department. This is a key leadership role that ensures our guests enjoy spotless rooms, fresh linens, and a high standard of hygiene across the hotel. Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, your main duties will include:

• Supervising housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure high standards are met
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms and public areas
• Training, scheduling, and managing housekeeping staff for optimal performance
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control and consistency
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering housekeeping supplies when needed
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:

• A Degree or Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar or senior housekeeping management role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
