Marketing Manager
Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive growth and elevate brand presence. The ideal candidate will manage marketing efforts across all Elimn businesses, including Eagle Lights, Diamond Rims, and Brake Box. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to oversee marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Elimn’s business objectives to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, SWOT analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Budget Oversight: Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and achieving a high return on investment (ROI)
- Brand Management
- Brand Consistency: Oversee brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms to ensure alignment with Elimn’s core values and market positioning.
- Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and manage creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and loyalty across various touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing
- SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize all Elimn websites for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Google Ads and Paid Campaigns: Manage Google Ads and other pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
- Social Media and Content Strategy: Execute effective social media, email, and content marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics) to track campaign success and refine digital strategies.
- Offline Marketing
- Traditional Advertising: Plan and implement offline marketing strategies, including print ads, direct mail campaigns, and outdoor advertising.
- Community Engagement: Coordinate local community activities, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase Elimn’s presence and build brand trust.
- Content Creation and Management
- High-Quality Content: Oversee the creation of blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Visual Media: Manage the creation and editing of photos and videos for promotional purposes, including voiceovers and on-camera appearances.
- Customer Insights and Feedback
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide marketing strategies and refine product offerings.
- Feedback Implementation: Use customer data to propose actionable improvements to campaigns and identify emerging customer needs.
- Event Management and Public Relations
- Event Planning: Organize and execute events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches to showcase Elimn’s offerings.
- Media Outreach: Foster relationships with journalists and media outlets to ensure favorable coverage of Elimn’s activities and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Sales and Operations Alignment: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business priorities.
- Actionable Insights Sharing: Regularly share marketing analytics and insights to guide sales and product development strategies.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- KPI Monitoring: Track marketing KPIs such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and campaign engagement metrics.
- Insightful Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on marketing performance and recommend future improvements to management.
- Emerging Marketing Technologies
- AI Tools Utilization: Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other AI-driven solutions for content generation, campaign optimization, and customer interaction.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Innovative Marketing Practices
- Influencer Marketing: Build partnerships with influencers and industry leaders to promote Elimn’s products and services.
- Interactive Campaigns: Introduce interactive and experiential marketing campaigns to engage customers and build loyalty.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Degree preferred).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
Skills And Competencies
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and campaign optimization.
- Ability to use marketing tools and systems, including CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) on the admin side.
- Expertise in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative Skills:
- Ability to shoot and edit photos and videos for promotional purposes.
- Skilled in executing voiceovers and being on-camera for promotional content.
