Production Supervisor – BPO Industry

ADEC Kenya is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee and manage operations within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, process optimization, and team management to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and production processes within the BPO unit to meet set performance targets and client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor workflows and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Implement training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the BPO industry.
• Training: Certification or formal training in Supervisory Management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of BPO operations, workflows, and best practices.
