Sales Associate (Logbook Loans)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and drive sales of our logbook loan products. This is a full-time, commission-based position with attractive incentives, based at our Utawala branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of logbook loan products to potential clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and guide clients through the loan application process.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.

• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

• Prior experience in a similar sales role, especially in financial services, is an added advantage.

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
