Sales & Customer Service Officer

Salsabil Heights Ladies Hostel is looking for a proactive, confident and results-driven Female Sales & Occupancy Growth Officer to drive hostel occupancy by attracting prospective residents, generating inquiries and building strong relationships with students, parents, guardians, schools and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the hostel through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls and other relevant channels.
• Generate, receive and follow up on inquiries and applications from prospective residents.
• Engage professionally with students, parents and guardians and build lasting relationships.
• Create and share engaging marketing content, including photos, videos and messages showcasing the hostel's facilities, safety and unique value.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, partners and referral networks to increase occupancy.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, room availability and hostel facilities.
• Support occupancy campaigns, promotions and other sales initiatives.
• Maintain a professional brand image and ensure ethical marketing practices.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information to prospective residents.
• Respect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Monitor sales and occupancy activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or hospitality is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and consistently follow up on leads.
• Computer literate and comfortable using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required is an added advantage.
• Being Muslim is an added advantage.
