We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales, building strong client relationships, and offering innovative insurance and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prospecting & Business Development:
- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with individuals and companies to pitch insurance and investment products.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets.
✅ Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Present tailored insurance products (life, health, property) and investment solutions to prospects.
- Assist clients with documentation for policy applications, renewals, and account openings.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Regularly follow up with clients to strengthen relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and handle client needs professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role is an added advantage.
