Job Summary
Aisela Logistics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a proven ability to close deals. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting order and quote processes across our container and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into clients
- Prepare and follow up on client quotations, proposals, and order confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and communication
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled efficiently
- Update and maintain CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital records of quotes and orders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner across all communication platforms
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or logistics solutions sales preferred
- Strong administrative skills – organized with the ability to manage multiple client interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-driven with a passion for sales
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
