Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at our Garden City Mall branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the day- to-day sales operations within the shop.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of sales
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue
- Monitoring sales performance metrics such as revenue, sales volume and profitability. They analyze data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as
- Collaborating with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills and customer service capabilities.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about changes in consumer preferences, industry trends and competitor
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal
- Any other duties assigned by
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in retail or electronics/home appliance
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a sales environment is highly
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced
