Our client is a fast-growing player in the fintech sector, committed to revolutionizing access to financial services through innovation and technology. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to enhance the capabilities of their sales team, support growth objectives, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge financial products across multiple markets.

Job Summary

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering targeted sales training programs to improve team performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or tech-driven environments, a solid understanding of digital financial products, and a passion for empowering sales professionals through effective learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs focused on fintech sales strategies, product features, customer acquisition, compliance, and CRM usage.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires to ensure swift integration and understanding of company tools, values, and sales processes.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching and upskilling sessions through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one mentoring.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Product teams to align training content with product updates, go-to-market strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, sales metrics, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Customize training materials for different sales roles (field sales, telesales, digital agents).
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement within the sales team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the fintech landscape and communicate trends and insights to the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement—preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital financial products, payment systems, or lending solutions.
  • Proven ability to design engaging training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual).
  • Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital training platforms (LMS, Zoom, etc.).
  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTM, ASTD) is an added advantage.
