Roles:
- Creation of content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, )
- Track KPIs like engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and
- Generate regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages and enquiries
- Brainstorm new ideas to grow our social media presence
- Stay on top of the latest trends and content strategies
- Build and nurture relationships with followers and
- Monitor for potential PR issues or negative
- Act as a frontline customer support representative on social
- Plan and manage paid social media
- Work with marketing, PR, design, and content teams to ensure brand
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external
Requirements:
- Has a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms i.e. Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or platform
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social media management tools
- Has at least 2 years’of experience in social media management
