Social Media Marketer

Geek-Solutions is looking for a creative, confident, and camera-ready Social Media Marketer to take charge of our online presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Geek-Solutions' presence across all major social media platforms.
• Create and publish high-quality, engaging content – including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Represent the brand confidently on camera while showcasing products and services.
• Engage actively with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly.
• Drive audience engagement and convert interactions into actual sales leads.
• Handle customer interactions via DMs and ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns – especially on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, charismatic, and well-spoken on camera.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing for a business/brand.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).
• Basic skills in photography and video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Highly creative, proactive, and organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach.
