Digital Marketer

Fred’s Ranch & Resort is Kenya’s leading cowboy-themed agri-tourism destination, located just 45 minutes from Nairobi. We offer a unique blend of farm-to-table dining, retreat experiences, and lifestyle events. To amplify our online presence and storytelling, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with a strong focus on videography and photography

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop engaging visual content (videos, reels, photos, stories) for social media and digital
• Conduct on-site photography and videography shoots across the ranch (food, guests, events, animals, landscapes).
• Manage and grow the Ranch’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X).
• Plan and execute content calendars, influencer collaborations, and digital storytelling
• Edit and produce high-quality visual assets optimized for digital and mobile
• Monitor trends and analytics to continuously improve content
• Support event marketing (e.g., Horsepower event, weddings, retreats) with digital coverage and promotion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand voice, strategy, and content
• Capture and curate user-generated content (UGC) to build community

YOUR QUALITIES:

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Media Production, Communication, or a related
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing, digital marketing, content creation, or media production.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Pro,)
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and audience engagement
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with the
• Familiarity with trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and digital storytelling
• Passion for visual storytelling, hospitality, and lifestyle
