Marketing Assistant
Description
The goal is to assist the Estate Manager in achieving high occupancy rates across Palm Ridge and Awali by generating leads, managing property listings, coordinating viewings, and turning inquiries into rentals. This role is vital for enhancing brand visibility, converting leads, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Rental Marketing & Lead Generation
- Create and implement both digital and offline marketing campaigns to showcase available rental units.
- Keep property listings current on portals, social media, and the company website.
- Design and distribute marketing materials like flyers, signage, and WhatsApp posts.
- Tenant Engagement & Leasing Support
- Respond to rental inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings.
- Assist with lease preparation, tenant onboarding, and necessary documentation.
Market Intelligence
- Keep an eye on rental rates and competitor activities in the coastal real estate market
- Provide weekly updates on lead performance and market trends.
Occupancy Drive & CRM Support
- Maintain a lead tracker, follow up with prospects, and help re-engage cold leads.
- Support strategies for renewing and retaining existing tenants.
Events & Community Marketing
- Organize open house events and estate tours for potential tenants.
- Assist with estate-level marketing initiatives and collaborations with relevant stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Occupancy Rate – ≥90% across Palm Ridge and Awali
- Leads Generated per Month – ≥30 qualified rental leads
- Lead-to-Conversion Rate- ≥25% conversion of leads to signed leases
- Timely Response to Inquiries- 100% within 24 hours
- Accuracy of Listings & Materials- 100% listing updates maintained monthly
- Tenant Feedback Rating – ≥85% satisfaction during onboarding
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field (CIM Finalist acceptable in lieu of a degree)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing, property, hospitality roles
- Proficiency in social media, Canva, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Energetic, people-oriented, and well-presented.
- Experience with real estate CRMs or rental listing digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Mombasa/Coastal rental markets is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Strong follow-up discipline
