Marketing Officer
Description
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Officer with a strong background in Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through SEO, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to create tailored marketing campaigns.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to generate leads and boost conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and website content optimization to improve online reach.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze Google Analytics, social media insights, and digital ad performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Develop compelling marketing content including blog posts, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Work with designers and external agencies to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
Market Research & Campaign Performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.
Event & Promotional Campaigns
- Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, activations, and promotional events.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
- Support offline marketing initiatives such as brochures, billboards, and public relations activities.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and sales strategy development.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
