Our client, a dynamic and growth-oriented company, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer to join their team. They are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of both modern and traditional sales and marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, executing successful marketing campaigns, and leveraging digital tools to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and revenue growth.
  • Utilize both traditional and modern sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Oversee and implement marketing campaigns, content strategies, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to boost lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using data-driven insights and analytics tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns.
  • Team leadership experience with strong management and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to market changes and emerging marketing trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
