Link2Care is a social enterprise based in Nairobi, Kenya, committed to advancing maternal healthcare in Kenya. We provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality ultrasound and point-of-care testing (POCT) services to underserved communities, ensuring that no mother is left behind.
We currently collaborate with 30+ health facilities across Nairobi, reaching over 500 expectant mothers in low-income communities with essential antenatal care services and health education. By combining innovation with compassion, we aim to close the maternal health gap and build healthier futures for mothers and their babies.
As our Marketing Officer, you’ll drive our customer engagement strategy, blending community mobilization with savvy digital campaigns. You'll be on the frontline of shaping how expectant mothers and their families connect with our services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute To-C marketing strategies across community and digital channels;
- Design and manage campaigns that resonate with mothers and families in low-income communities;
- Lead social media content creation, performance tracking, and audience growth;
- Organize on-the-ground marketing activations in collaboration with clinics and community agents;
- Build strong relationships with community ambassadors and local influencers;
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach for better
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in health, tech, or FMCG sectors;
- Proven campaign success in the Kenyan market (show us the numbers!).
- Strong understanding of both online platforms and offline mobilization strategies;
- Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field;
