Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to increase product awareness and usage
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the Nairobi region
• Deliver compelling product presentations and training to medical personnel
• Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to support business strategy
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies for competitive advantage

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales within a competitive market
• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and close sales deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ethics in product promotion
