Product Innovation and Design Manager

Our client is seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Innovation and Design Manager to lead the development and evolution of their product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in both product design and product management, with the ability to turn user insights and market trends into innovative, user-centric solutions. This role is critical in driving the company’s innovation pipeline and ensuring new products meet both strategic business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design and innovation process—from concept development to prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact products.
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify unmet needs and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and user feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design and innovation strategies.
• Manage the product lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and design excellence within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product design and product management roles.
• Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and innovation methodologies.
• Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, prototyping tools, etc.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate ideas clearly.
