Production Manager
Description
Are you a seasoned leader passionate about driving operational excellence? Join our team as Production Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals are consistently met. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic planning of our growing business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Excellence: Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency, management reporting, and organizational planning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Interface with internal and external stakeholders on matters such as forecasting, capacity planning, and risk management.
- Performance Management: Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs), resolve client concerns, and address technical issues to maintain seamless operational flow.
- Team Leadership: Manage direct reports, set attainable goals, conduct coaching sessions, and oversee the onboarding of new hires.
- Strategic Planning: Lead short and long-term departmental planning, budgeting, and resource management aligned with the company's direction.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit findings while addressing any corrective or preventive actions.
- Change Management: Oversee project transitions and implement necessary operational changes or improvements effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of a 4- or 5-year course, preferably related to Business
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience or equivalent in
- At least 2 years relevant and related experience in the BPO Industry, particularly in delivering PEO services: Employee and HR-Related services, including payroll processing, calculating, processing, and submitting payroll taxes (both employer taxes and withholding taxes), onboarding and training, heath plans and benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment and other employer insurance Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration
- Leadership skills, including inspiring shared vision and engaging team
- Knowledge of market trends, client needs, and strategic business
