Production Supervisor

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor with solid experience in the packaging industry or a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, and at least 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality output
• Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance or repairs
• Coordinate and lead production staff while maintaining high safety and hygiene standards
• Prepare production reports and monitor production schedules to meet targets
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the production process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing or packaging company
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with production planning, machine operations, and quality control processes
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work overtime when required
