  • Facilitate clear and timely communication, ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives.

  • Support stakeholder engagement activities to foster positive, long-term relationships.

4. Resource & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate the mobilization of field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Track material requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory utilization to prevent project delays.

  • Support procurement and logistics processes to ensure the continuous availability of resources.

  • Verify contractor deliverables and assist in the validation of invoices and work completion certificates.

5. Quality, Compliance & HSE

  • Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, contractual agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols on all project sites.

  • Assist in conducting quality inspections, audits, and acceptance testing to ensure compliance with deployment standards.

6. Documentation & Close-Out

  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including permits, approvals, engineering drawings, acceptance certificates, and as-built records.

  • Support the formal project handover process and ensure all close-out activities are completed.

  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately archived for future reference.
