Inventory and Data Entry Clerk

Blooming Africa is seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory and Data Entry Clerk to oversee plant inventory across two locations and maintain accurate records of all data. The ideal candidate will have experience in agriculture, greenhouse operations, or a related field and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document the number of plants across two designated locations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory data using appropriate systems or software.
• Regularly inspect greenhouse operations to ensure consistency in plant tracking and inventory accuracy.
• Compile and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and accurate data sharing.
• Adhere to Blooming Africa’s data management protocols and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in agriculture, greenhouse operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of plant care and agricultural processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently across multiple locations.
