QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and inspect warehouse and delivery processes to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Conduct regular quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments

• Identify, document, and report quality issues, discrepancies, or damages

• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions

• Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and control measures

• Generate and present reports on quality performance and improvement areas

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines

• Support training of staff on quality standards and best practices

• Address quality-related inquiries and concerns from internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance, operations, or a similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively

• Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage
