ADEC Kenya is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist with experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role is vital to ensuring our products, services, and processes consistently meet established quality standards and client expectations. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be flexible to work on shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality assessments on products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality within the BPO environment.
  • Identify non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement solutions and enhance processes.
  • Train team members on quality control standards, tools, and best practices specific to the BPO industry.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities, findings, and improvement plans for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and quality standards to maintain compliance.
  • Adapt to shift schedules to support 24/7 operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a quality control or related role, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy,  Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of BPO operations and quality control processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Proficiency in quality control tools, techniques, and relevant software.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation.
