2. Biology/Agriculture Teacher

Key Requirements:

• Must be TSC compliant.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education specializing in the relevant subject combination.
• Proven teaching experience in the specified subject areas is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the curriculum and TSC standards.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials to support effective learning.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through regular assessments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide personalized support to help students excel academically.
• Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate actively in school programs, co-curricular activities, and staff meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student success.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology integration is a plus.
