Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, nursing homes).
  • Conduct demos of the Hospital Management System to decision-makers.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Track sales activity using CRM tools (or internal tracking systems).
  • Collaborate with product and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client activation.
  • Attend healthtech or medtech networking events to source leads.

Requirements 

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software or healthcare tech
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven by targets and impact
  • Experience with digital tools (G-Meet, Google Docs, CRM tools)
  • Network in healthcare is a plus
