Collections & Business Growth Officer

SUBEX Global is expanding its courier and last-mile logistics operations in Nairobi CBD and is looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and dependable Collections & Business Growth Officer. In this role, you will combine parcel collections, customer engagement, business development, and account growth while supporting smooth day-to-day courier operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parcel collections and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Engage with customers professionally and maintain strong relationships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow accounts.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Support daily courier operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses in the CBD area.

• Meet set targets for collections and business growth.
