Counter Sales Officer (Shop Attendant)

We are seeking a passionate, competent, and customer-focused Counter Sales Officer to join our client’s dynamic retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to walk-in customers while supporting key retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

• Deliver excellent customer service to build loyalty and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Process sales transactions accurately using cash and electronic payment systems.

• Support procurement activities, stock control, and inventory organization.

• Maintain orderly arrangement and tracking of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) in the retail environment.

• Assist in store merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked and presentable.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales, cashiering, or procurement.

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a strong added advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large SKU inventories in a retail setting.

• Experience in hardware retail is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Honest, reliable, and able to handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
