Job Overview:
Momentum Credit is seeking results-oriented Independent Team Leaders to spearhead the recruitment, supervision, and performance of field-based loan officers. These leaders will operate under a performance-based engagement model and will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving growth in their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of independent loan officers in your assigned area.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly team targets on client acquisition, loan disbursement, and collections.
- Ensure strict compliance with Momentum Credit’s lending policies and procedures.
- Monitor field activities and provide leadership support on credit assessment and loan recovery.
- Track and report team performance and operational metrics to the Regional Manager.
- Mentor team members to improve productivity, professionalism, and customer service.
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (a Degree is an added advantage).
- At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role in Microfinance or Digital Lending.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of credit policies, lending procedures, and loan recovery strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a smartphone and be proficient in using mobile apps for reporting and data capture.
