Loan Officers

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Loan Officers to join our team in Kilifi. You will be responsible for helping clients understand and access our loan products, guiding them through the application process, and supporting their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their financial needs and loan options.

• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documents.

• Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment plans clearly.

• Follow up on applications and provide timely updates to clients.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the local community.

What We're Looking For:

• KCSE certificate or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or microfinance is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of loan processes is an advantage.
• Must be a resident of or familiar with Kilifi County.
