Description
Sai Pharm is seeking a results-driven Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, building strong client relationships, and achieving set sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote Sai Pharm’s products to pharmacies and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to check stock levels, ensure product availability, and place orders.
- Negotiate for prime shelf space and effective product display.
- Educate and train pharmacists and staff on product benefits, usage, and selling points.
- Set up and maintain branded point-of-sale (POS) materials at retail locations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow territory sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Up to 6 months of experience in sales (pharmaceutical sales experience is an added advantage).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Individuals with a strong aptitude and passion for sales will also be considered.
