Bytech Credit is a growing credit institution with a nationwide presence. We specialize in providing innovative and flexible credit solutions to individuals and businesses, including our popular Logbook Loan product. As we expand our reach, we are seeking dynamic and goal-driven Sales Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bytech Credit’s Logbook Loan products to potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Educate customers on loan terms, conditions, and benefits
- Achieve set sales targets and maintain high conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer engagements and loan applications
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in microfinance, specifically in selling Logbook Loans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a competitive environment
