As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s sales strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue. This includes managing the sales team, building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the hotel’s business goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, corporate packages, and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with branding and guest experience initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for hotel leadership.
- Represent Glee Hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deep understanding of hotel sales strategies, revenue management, and the hospitality market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
