Sales Executives – Nakuru

We are looking for an experienced sales person to sell herb seedlings directly from our farm in Lower Solai, Nakuru. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in herbs propagation and a proven track record in selling herb seedlings to farmers, home gardeners, or agrovets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively market and sell herb seedlings (e.g., rosemary, thyme, mint, basil, coriander) to customers within Nakuru and surrounding areas.

• Advise customers on herb propagation, planting, and care.

• Maintain relationships with existing buyers and identify new sales channels (agrovets, nurseries, bulk buyers).

• Assist in basic nursery tasks related to herb propagation as needed.

• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in herbs propagation (seed germination, cuttings, potting, etc.).

• Proven experience in selling herb seedlings (to individuals, agrovets, or institutions).

• Knowledge of common herbs grown in Kenya.

• Ability to communicate well in English and Swahili.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and honest.

• Residing in or willing to commute to Lower Solai, Nakuru.
