As we expand our dairy and beef business targeting upper-income and luxury segments, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Project Lead to drive market expansion, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships.
Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Project Lead will spearhead the commercialization strategy for our premium dairy and beef portfolio. This role will involve developing and executing go-to-market plans, driving B2B and B2C sales, building distribution partnerships, and shaping the brand identity in the luxury food space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead sales and marketing strategies for premium food and dairy products.
- Identify and build relationships with key retail, hospitality, and HORECA partners.
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns aligned with high-end consumer trends and preferences.
- Oversee pricing, positioning, packaging, and promotions to enhance premium value.
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor trends to refine strategies.
- Lead and coordinate product launches, tasting events, and branded experiences.
- Collaborate with farm operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Monitor and report performance metrics, ROI, and growth progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in FMCG.
- Proven exposure to luxury or premium food brands; experience in food and dairy marketing is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of upscale retail, hospitality, and lifestyle consumer markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and creative thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
