Sales Operations Officer

Our client, a leading clean energy company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Officer to support the sales function through efficient CRM management, sales reporting, partnership coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving sales processes, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Track sales opportunities from lead generation through installation.
• Coordinate with financing partners to facilitate customer loan and credit approval processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve productivity.
• Support the sales team by coordinating onboarding, training, and distribution of sales materials.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales operations and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, BBIT, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM systems.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Agribusiness, FMCG, or Financial Services is an added advantage.
